FARALLON Resources Ltd. (TSX: FAN, OTCBB: FRLLF), a Canadian company with a Zinc-rich Polymetallic VMS asset in Guerrero state, Mexico, is focused on becoming a producing mining company. Its high grade G-9 deposit is the focal point of a progressive plan to develop a mine at its 100% owned Campo Morado property.

Farallon's strategic objectives for growth are three fold:

  • To complete a mine at G-9
  • To find another high grade G-9 style deposit
  • To utilize cash flow for Company growth through further development and acquisitions

To meet these objectives, Farallon is advancing the G-9 project through a parallel track program. Exploration drilling is expanding and confirming the high-grade mineralization within the G-9 deposit and mine planning and design, equipment acquisition, site preparation activities and construction are all taking place concurrently, with the goal of beginning production in July 2008. In addition, on March 1st, 2008 a third exploration drill was arrived at site and was commissioned for the purpose of enhancing and expanding the Company's exploration efforts.

Farallon's primary metal is Zinc which is in steady demand in global markets. Zinc's main use is in galvanized steel and is vital for industrial applications, such as public infrastructure, buildings and automobiles. Farallon's other resources -- also hold Copper, Silver, Lead and Gold -- also have positive outlooks as the world demand for commodities is expected to remain robust.
